Fairchild acquires fashion blogger network

New York—Condé Nast's Fairchild Fashion Media, which publishes WWD, has acquired Fashion Networks International, which publishes NowManifest, a blog portal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fashion Networks International was founded by Christian Remröd and Elin Kling. Remröd has joined Fairchild and is now managing director of NowManifest and Fairchild Fashion Media Business Development, according to a story on WWD.com.
