LexisNexis buys Sheshunoff, A.S. Pratt from Thompson Media Group

New York—LexisNexis Legal & Professional announced today that, together with Reed Elsevier Properties, it has acquired the publishing brands and businesses of Sheshunoff and A.S. Pratt from Thompson Media Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
